Your hot tub will be delivered via North American Van Lines (NAVL), a highly reputable and professional moving company whose trucks have an air ride system that protects your hot tub during delivery. After you place your order, you can expect your Leisure Bay spa within four to six weeks.

Before delivering your hot tub, the trucking company will contact you by phone with an expected arrival window. PremiumSpasUSA.com also offers you the ability to track the delivery of your spa online. You will receive a tracking number via email when your spa ships directly from the Leisure Bay factory.

After Leisure Bay Industries has manufactured your portable spa, it will be DROP SHIPPED and North American Van Lines will deliver your hot tub with an 18 wheeler semi-truck. If your home has restricted access due to an unpaved or gravel driveway or road, long driveway, steep sloped driveway, narrow cul-de-sac or any other condition that may prevent an 18 wheeler from getting to your home, please call us and we will find a delivery solution for you and your spa. Additional charges may apply.

Expedited Shipping If you’re eager to relax in your portable hot tub sooner, expedited shipping is available for a surcharge of $399, and the hot tub will be delivered between two to three weeks of your order.

Curbside / Garage Delivery
Curbside/Garage delivery consists of: Delivery to the customer's curbside / garage as long as the customer is tractor-trailer accessible (a typical tracker trailer is approximately 70-75' long). The truck driver will deliver your spa as far your garage as long as the driveway is fairly flat and not very long (usually no more than 100'). The truck driver will only place the hot tub into the garage if the spa fits as it was shipped. The driver is not responsible for removing any packaging or moving customer belongings in the customer’s garage. If the approach to the garage is not relatively flat or the driveway is excessively long then the driver will place the spa curbside or on the customer's pickup truck or trailer at no extra charge. The carrier is not responsible for scratches or damage to the customer’s vehicles. We suggest placing plywood in your truck before spa is placed in it in order to protect your truck.

You will need to be on hand for delivery. Upon curbside delivery, which is free throughout the continental U.S., two moving men will remove your portable spa from the truck for you and place it curbside. If you do not have a garage, your Leisure Bay Spa has weather-proof packaging so it can remain in your driveway until you arrange for it to be placed in its permanent location. We recommend 4 men with dollies to be able to move the spa easily. Depending on the spa you have chosen to purchase, your spa will weigh between 500 lbs and 1000lbs.

Backyard Delivery and Placement
We understand that your new Leisure Bay hot tub is large and heavy, and you may not have the resources to place it in its proper location. Therefore, we offer the extra convenience of backyard placement service for an additional fee of $300. In order for NAVL to provide back yard delivery service the following conditions must be true.

1. Your street must be accessible to tractor trailer semi truck 70-75 feet in length.
2. Your driveway must be fairly flat and not in excess of 300 ft.
3. All areas the spa must travel to get to the final resting location must be fairly flat and sound with no significant inclines or declines. The delivery men will not travel over mud, holes, ditches, flowerbeds, etc.
4. All obstacles must be removed prior to truck arriving: Fences, bushes, flowers, railings, play equipment, down spouts, etc. The delivery men do not lift the spas at all so you’ll need to make sure there is a clear pathway.
5. All gates must be a minimum of 48". (Check with mfr to see how wide pallet is that your spa will be shipped on.) Your spa ships up on it's side so you will need to make sure you have enough height clearance, (Your spa's width plus 6 inches)
6. Decks can be no more that 30", no more than 3 steps and steps must be wide enough to accommodate spa on pallet. The delivery men do not remove the pallet from the spa until spa is at its final resting spot.
7. The delivery men do not go thru or place items within any enclosures, homes or into decks. In order to deliver a spa near or next to a pool, the area must be large enough for the men to maneuver the spa around safely.
8. The standard minimum backyard delivery charge is $300.00 for 3 men, which is COD (cash, certified check or money order payable to STI). If additional men are needed, there is a flat fee of $112.50 per man. Depending on your situation, we will notify you ahead of time as to the total COD charges.
9. ALL AREAS MUST BE SAFE FOR MEN AND SPA....ALL SNOW,ICE, DEBRIS, MUD, ETC...MUST BE CLEARED BEFORE THE DRIVER ARRIVES AT YOUR RESIDENCE. IF THIS IS NOT DONE, DRIVER HAS RIGHT TO REFUSE THE DELIVERY AND RESCHEDULE.

If you have stairs, a steep incline or any obstructing sections of the passageway please understand backyard delivery and placement may not be an option for the standard rate.
