Dear Premium Spas Usa,When we first moved in our new home, we had a plan to someday have a nice patio with a spa. Well, for years that was all talk until we finally had the funds to make our dream of owning a spa come true. We looked through your site and fell in love with one of the spas and knew that it was the one we always wanted. We were a bit unsure of ordering such a big purchase online so we called to ask some questions and that's when we spoke to a very freindly and well informed product specialist. Needless to say they explained to us all about the spas and the superior quality they offered. So we decided to invest in the the Capri model and it looks great on the patio next to our pond. Our family and many other friends have had many nice evenings in our spa. We use it regularly and really like the free chemicals we recieved to start our spa. We are very happy and satisfied customers. We appreciate everyone at Premium Spas Usa for making this a wonderful experience and helping us have the most popular patio on the block!

I never thought owning a spa would be this convenient. Mine is virtually maintenance free, and a pleasure every time I use it. I was concerned it'd be a bit small, but there's more than enough room for me to stretch out and relax.Stacie Karros

Just a quick note to thank you guys for making this happen for us. We had been searching for hot tubs on and off for about 6 months without much luck until my husband found your site. We had never spent this money over the Internet but after speaking with one of your sales reps over the phone, all my worries were put to rest. We ended up buying the Antigua hot tub and we also opted for the expedited delivery service because we were having a Thanksgiving party in a few weeks. Within 2 and a half weeks, our spa arrived and looked gorgeous. I had seen a lot of spas locally and trust me, this Antigua was so much nicer than the other spas we had seen and was a lot less money too. Our friends were immediately impressed with the quality when they saw it at the party so don't be surprised if some of our friends mention our name when they order a hot tub from you. I needed a spa for the wintertime that my family and I could enjoy. It was hard finding an actual store in my area so I started to shop online for it and stumbled onto this site. I was hesitant at first making such a huge purchase online but after speaking with a product specialist there. They were able to answer all my questions courteously and really made me feel comfortable about the product. It arrived a few weeks later and the delivery crew couldn't have been more professional as they brought the spa to my backyard. They worked with the space I had for the spa and did everything needed! We use our spa almost everyday now and couldn’t be happier about our purchase with Premium Spas USA. I would recommend them to all my friends and family and look forward to enjoying this phenomenal product.
